This Praecipe is taken up for speaking to the minutes of the Judgment dated 6th April, 2023.

Learned Counsel for the Claimants/Respondents submits that the original claim petition was filed by two claimants/parents. This Court has observed that there is only one Claimant and awarded consortium amount of Rs.40,000/- to her only. He requests to correct the amounts mentioned in Paragraph Nos.9 and clause (iii), as per calculations.

It is further submitted that the typographical error in clause title of FA No.1695/2019. It should be No. "2" instead of No. "3". As also in paragraph No.9 also there is typographical error "Appeal No.1965". It should be "Appeal No.1695". Learned Counsel requests for the corrections accordingly.

Considering his request, following corrections be carried out. i.
In paragraph No.9, the sentences "In Appeal No. 1965 of 2019 there is only one Claimant. She is entitled for Rs.96,000/-" be corrected as "In Appeal No.1695 of 2019, there are two Claimants. They are entitled for Rs.1,36,000/-".
ii.
In clause (iii) of the operative order an amount "Rs.96,000/-" be corrected as "Rs.1,36,000/-" and an amount "Rs.70,000/-" be corrected as "Rs.1,10,000/-".
iii.
In clause title of F.A. No.1695/2019, Respondent's serial number be corrected as "2" instead of "3".

Corrections be made accordingly and corrected copy of the order be uploaded on the official website of this Court. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
