Counsel for the petitioners is seeking time to obtain instructions. Learned APP submits that as per the pleadings licence was deposited and it has not been returned back. The petition shows that at the time of 2007 election, petitioner Nos. 1 to 4 were told to deposit licenced Rifle which they did. According to them, it has not been returned back. Thereafter, the matter has remained pending with this court for more than 4 years. The Petitioners have also lived without Rifle.
