Heard Mr.Pawar, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mrs.Malhotra, learned A.P.P. for State. Perused record. 2.

By a speaking Order dated 25th August 2021, the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Record of investigation indicates that, the Applicant is father of Tejas Madane, who had lodged crime No.233 of 2020 dated 8th July 2020 against deceased Ganesh Parshuram Jalgar. That, except a statement of a witness to whom the present Applicant told that, 'ask Ganesh (deceased) to pay the medical charges and if he is unable to pay it, applicant has nothing to do with the matter', no other role is attributed to the Applicant in the present crime. At this stage, it cannot be even inferred that, the Applicant abated or 1/2

In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. 5.

Interim relief, granted by Order dated 25th August 2021 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
