The investigating officer through learned APP has produced a photocopy of the suicide note executed by Vasant Sitaram More (deceased). The said suicide note blames the applicant to the extent of committing fraud by not depositing the amount in the loan account of the deceased with Revadi Vikas Seva Society with whom the applicant is working as a secretary.

This Court, while granting ad-interim protection on 08.07.2022, has specifically recorded the reason of delayed complaint. The suicide note referred above, whether executed by the deceased or not is also an issue as the handwriting on each page of the suicide note is different. 4.

In this background, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 5.

That being so, in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.135 of 2022 registered with Koregaon Police Station, District - Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 420 of the IPC, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating 1/2

Application is disposed of accordingly.
