The order dated 28th April, 2019 passed by this Court in Civil Revision Application No.180 of 2019, makes a reference to the report which shows the possession of the suit property was handed over to the decree holder Dr. Sunita Sachin Patil on 17th May, 2019. It is further stated that Mr. Karade confirms this fact. In paragraph No.3 it is recorded that as the possession is now handed over to the decree holder, Court Receiver stands discharged on payment of cost charges and expenses of the Court Receiver by the Respondent No.1. 2.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present Suo-moto Contempt Petition No.3 of 2019. We do not propose to keep the petition pending, the same is disposed of. [SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.] [M.S. KARNIK, J.]
