Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The interveners are the applicants at whose instance the proceedings are initiated before the Deputy Registrar. Against an order passed by the Deputy Registrar of removal of the Managing Committee an appeal was fled before the Joint Registrar. The application for stay was pending and there was, however, likelihood of administrator being appointed. In these circumstances, the present Petition came to be fled and by an interim order dated 10/8/2021, this Court had restrained the administrator from taking charge.

The interveners are the complainants. They submit that they have no objection if the stay granted by this Court is continued till the decision in the appeal by the Joint Registrar, however, they request that the appeal be decided expeditiously. The request made is reasonable. The Joint Registrar is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously and in any case within a period of 8 weeks from 1/9/2021.

Parties to appear before the Joint Registrar on 1/9/2021, at 11.00 a.m., along with the copy of this order. 5.
Till the time the appeal is decided, the interim order passed by this Court on 10/8/2021 to continue.

The interveners will make an application for intervention or impleading themselves as the party respondents in the appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection to the interveners being impleaded as the party respondents in the appeal. Accordingly, the Joint Registrar to allow the application for impleadment of the interveners as the party respondents in case an application for impleadment by the interveners before the Joint Registrar is made. 7.
All contentions are kept open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, nothing survive for consideration in the Interim Applications. Both Interim Applications are disposed of.
