By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is challenging the sale certificate issued by respondent No.1 dated 11/10/2011 in favour of respondent No.4.

On the last occasion this Court in the order dated 7/9/2016 recorded that on the basis of the said certificate, respondent No.4 is trying to take possession of the suit property. 3.

Learned Counsel for petitioner today submits that after this order is passed he has not received any instructions 1/2

19. wp 11944-16.doc from the petitioner. However, he was informed by learned Counsel for respondent No.3 that possession of the suit property is already taken over by respondent No.3.

In this view of the matter, as nothing survives for consideration in this Petition, the same is disposed of. It would be open to the petitioner to resort to such appropriate remedy available in law to ventilate his grievance.
