Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 points out that the Petition has been rendered infructuous by the reason that on 17th February, 2023 the report of the Court Commissioner was filed before the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said amounts to violation of the order of this Court dated 13th October, 2022.

Considering that the report of the Court Commissioner is already filed before the trial Court nothing survives for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
