Dated : 25 th June, 2015 This petition challenges the mutation entries in the name of the respondent No.1Laxman Babu Jadhav. The controversy between the parties is settled by the decision rendered in Second Appeal No.201 of 2002. The said second appeal filed by Laxman Balu Jadhav has been dismissed by this Court today. In view of this, the consequences would naturally follow. The revenue authorities can consider the decision in second appeal and decide the matter afresh in accordance with law. The petition has, therefore, become infructuous. The same is dismissed as such. Rule stands discharged. No costs.
