This application is fled suspension of sentence of four years imprisonment imposed on the applicant by learned Extra Joint District and Sessions Judge, Karad in Sessions Case No.22 of 2021, under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Appeal is already admitted. During the pendency of the trial, applicant was on bail and he has not misused facility of bail. Applicant has deposited fne amount. The sentence imposed on the applicant is short term and appeal is not likely to come up for fnal hearing in near future. In this view of the matter, application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:- D.A.ETHAPE P.A.

(ii) During the pendency of present appeal, substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed upon the applicant is suspended.

(iii) Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iv) Applicant shall attend Karad city Police Station on very Sunday between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.

(v) Applicant shall deposit the fne amount, if not already deposited.
