At the outset, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend so as to array the Divisional Commissioner as party Respondent to the above Petition. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The order dated 31­3­2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division Pune, by which order, the stay was refused by the said Authority in the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The Revision Application No.283 of 2014 has been filed against the order dated 4­6­2014 passed by the Additional Collector Sangli in Second Appeal No.65 of 2013. The original order is one passed under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is dated 20­ 4­2011.

wp­6581­15­(904) The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Revision Application is to come up for hearing on 17­7­2015 before the Additional Commissioner. If that be so, the Additional Commissioner having regard to the nature of the dispute involved, is directed to hear and decide the Revision Application within 4 weeks of 17­7­2015. Till the Revision Application is decided, the order of the Tahsildar dated 20­4­2011, not to be implemented if not already implemented.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The parties to act upon an ordinary copy of this Order duly authenticated by the Court Shirestedar.
