By this Contempt Petition, the petitioner alleges willful breach of order dated 29.06.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.1075 of 2015 by respondent nos. 1 to 4 . By the said order, statement of learned APP that since possession of the

bungalow in question was taken out from Mr. Yogesh Shinde, constituted attorney and son of the petitioner, the same shall be restored back to him was accepted. Since this statement was not complied with, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present contempt petition.

Mr. Saste, learned APP having taken instructions from Mr. Prakash Sawant, P.I., Mahabaleshwar Police Station, makes a statement that the possession of the bungalow in question is given to Yogesh Shinde, yesterday i.e. on 14.07.2015. Learned APP has placed on record, report dated 14.07.2014 submitted by the P.I. of Mahabaleshwar Police Station. The same is taken on record. 4.

Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position.

In these circumstances, order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1075 of 2015 is complied with and, therefore, we do not want to proceed further with the Contempt Petition.
