After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP, we find that there is hardly anything to be done in this Petition. Though the Petitioners claim that one of the paternal relatives has Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe Certificate, it was not produced before the SDO.

As such, this matter needs to be remanded to Respondent No. 3 to enable the Petitioners to tender whatever documents they desire, in support of their claims and Respondent No. 3 would deal Talwalkar
6.WP8716.2023.odt with the claims by following the due procedure laid down in law and by conducting a proper inquiry.

In view of the above, the Petition is disposed off. 4.
Each of the Petitioners would approach the Respondent No.3 within 21 days from today and tender a compilation of documents with an index and pagination, in support of their claims as their online applications were filed with Respondent No. 3. Thereafter, Respondent No. 3 would follow the due procedure, carry out a meticulous verification exercise and pass an appropriate order within 45 days thereafter.

From amongst the Petitioners, who are eligible for the certificate, be granted such certificate. However, if they are aggrieved by any adverse order or refusal of their claims, they would approach Respondent No. 2 Committee by following the due procedure laid down in law.
