The petitioners are challenging order passed by the Courts below granting injunction in favour of the plaintiff. It appears that the injunction is in force since 30 December 2014. Hence, no interference in the impugned order at this stage is called for. 2.

However, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioners on merits open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
