Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.15,95,850/- deposited by the applicant-accused pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29 October 2021.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant-accused, on instructions, submits that the applicant-accused has no objection to permit the applicant to withdraw the said amount.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.15,95,850/- along with the interest which has accrued SSP 1/2

8 ia 2239 of 2023.doc thereon, if any, on proper identification and upon furnishing an undertaking that the applicant would bring back the said amount along with such interest as may be directed by the competent Court.
