The Appellate Court by the impugned order rejected petitioner's injunction application. Since 29 July 2015 there is no injunction in favour of the petitioner. Hence, no interference is called for.

However, by keeping all contentions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the suit stands disposed of. 3.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
