The order dated 18/08/2021 granted stay to the impugned notice dated 05/08/2021, however, it was directed that the SDO may proceed with the hearing of the appeal and also proceed to decide the application for stay in the meantime.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the SubDivisional Officer has decided the proceedings on 20/09/2022 and as such, nothing survives in the Petition for adjudication. 3.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, Writ Petition stands disposed of, as infructuous.
