Heard learned counsel for parties.
By this Civil Application, the applicants are seeking permission to carry out the amendment in the Writ Petition as stated in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a Pg 1 of 2

(a) The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Civil Application which reads thus; "(b) That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to amend the Writ Petition along with the grounds with further suitable direction."
(b) The amendment to be carried out on or before 24th August, 2018;
(c) If the amendment is carried out within the stipulated time as ordered, the applicants to serve the amended copy of the Writ Petition on all Respondents on or before 31st August, 2018;
(d) The Respondents are permitted to file their additional affidavit-in-reply, if any in Writ Petition, on or before 14th September, 2018 with a copy to the other side;
(e) The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly; (f) No order as to costs.
(g) The matter to appear on board on 21st September, 2018.
