Mr.Patil has invited my attention to an important aspect being though the weapons recovered under discovery panchanama from both the applicants have been forwarded for analysis, the ballistic report is yet awaited. The applicants are at liberty to approach this Court once a report is obtained and it is expected that the investigating agency would speed up the process of obtaining the said report.
