The impugned order of the learned Appellate Court was passed on 19th June 2020 and the Second Appeal along with Interim Application was filed on 7th December 2020. The prayer in the Interim Application is seeking condonation of delay of 59 days. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. He therefore states that there is no delay in filing the Second Appeal. 3.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of as there is no delay in filing the Second Appeal.
