P.C.:­ The learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, both the Petitioners are reported to be dead. That in pursuance of Order dated 8th July, 2019, he has sent communication to his clients. However till today, their legal heirs have not given any instructions to her.

In view thereof, the Petition is disposed off as abated, by reserving the liberty to the legal heirs of the Petitioners for revival of the Petition.
