The learned counsel for Petitioner fairly states that the final lay out plan has already been sanctioned in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 23rd August 2017. 2.

However, he points out that the amount deposited by the Petitioner has till date not been refunded.

Since, the lay out plan is already sanctioned, we do not think this is a fit case to exercise our contempt jurisdiction. 15th July 2024

Regarding the issue of return of deposit, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to approach the corporation by filing a representation. 5.

If such representation is filed, the Corporation must dispose it of within four weeks i.e. on or before 12th August 2024. 6.
