This motion is made for speaking to the minutes of judgment dated 17th February 2023.

Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that by an order dated 14th February 2023 passed in Interim Application (St) No. 4330 of 2023, this Court had permitted the learned counsel for the appellants to delete the name of Appellant No.1 from clause title of the appeal memo and necessary amendment to that effect was carried 1/2

Shantanu Dhudum Praecipe 2-FA-137-2005.doc out forthwith. However, inadvertently, the name of the appellant No.1 is shown in the judgment dated 17th February 2023. Thus, a request is made to correct the said judgment by deleting the name of appellant No.1 from the cause-title of the said judgment. 4.

In view of the above, the cause-title of the judgment be corrected accordingly.

The praecipe stands disposed of.
