It appears from the record that this Court (Coram : R. N. Laddha, J.) has imposed cost of Rs. 75,000/- on the applicant but no receipt of payment produced on record in that regard. 3.

Considering this fact, last chance is given to the applicant to produce on record the receipt of payment of cost. 4.

If applicant failed to produce on record the cost payment receipt by next date, this court will issue bailable warrant against the applicant.
