Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant Insurance Company challenges the judgment and award dated 27.11.2014 passed by the MACT, Solapur in MACP No.260/2007 holding that the Respondent - Claimant is entitled to sum of Rs.8 lacs by way of compensation with interest @ 7% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award, following order is passed:

a. Admit.

b. The Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, with Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
