The Applicant is accused in a dacoity case. The F.I.R. is against unknown persons. It is dated 11/03/2019. Whereas Applicant was arrested on 07/12/2019. There are material about identification parade dated 31/12/2019 and identification in CCTV footage. Apart from that there is seizure of mobile handsets. 3.

As against this, the Applicant has claimed parity and holding the parade after so long time and parade being defective as Police Patil was one of the panch witness are other grounds for bail. by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:
