This PIL Petition was filed in the year 2015 for a direction to the Respondent No.1-State of Maharashtra and the Respondent No.2- The Divisional Commissioner, to hold an enquiry in respect of illegalities committed by the concerned while constructing toilet blocks at village Ekhatpur, Taluka Sangola, District Solapur, as communicated by the Petitioner in his representation and to take civil and criminal action in accordance with law against the culprits.

We find that the Petitioner has made various representations to the Respondents and the last of such representation is at Exhibit "Q" (page 152 of the paper-book).

We request the District Collector, Solapur to look into the grievance of the PIL Petitioner as stated in this PIL and take appropriate action. If it is found that the Block Development Officer is errant in discharging his duties upon conducting an enquiry in respect of alleged irregularities regarding construction of the toilet blocks at village Ekhatpur, Taluka Sangola, District Solapur, the appropriate action be taken at the District Collector's end within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned A.G.P. to communicate this order to the District Collector, Solapur. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by any decision taken by the District Collector, it is open for him to prefer appropriate proceedings. 5.
