By this praecipe, the learned Counsel for the claimant/respondent no.1 seeks modification in the order passed by this Court on 4th December 2020(Coram: C.V. Bhadang,J.). It was an order permitting the learned Counsel for the appellant/insurer to withdraw the appeal. At the time of disposing of the appeal, it has been stated that the tribunal shall pass appropriate order for payment of compensation to respondent no.1 (original claimant).

It is submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation with accrued in the Registry of this Court. Mr.Sarthak Diwan, the learned Counsel for the appellant has no objection in modifying the said part of the order.

Instead of modifying the said order, the Registry is directed to permit withdrawal of amount of compensation with accrued interest to respondent no.1/claimant.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
