The defendants are challenging order passed by the Courts below granting injunction against them from disturbing the plaintiffs' possession over the suit property. The order of interim injunction is running in favour of the plaintiffs since 12 March 2015. Hence, no interference is called for. However, all contentions raised by the petitioners on merits are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
