This is an application for condonation of delay of 196 days in filing the Revision Application. The Applicant was convicted for commission of the offence punishable under Section 379 read with 34 of IPC. He was sentenced to suffer RI for two years and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/- and in default to suffer SI for two months.

The Applicant challenged that order before the Additional Sessions Judge, Satara by way of Criminal Appeal PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE No.116/2011. It was dismissed by order dated 10.8.2022. PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2023.07.07 10:18:37 +0530 Thereafter he is seeking to file present Revision Application. However, there is a delay of 196 days.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is appointed through the Legal Aid. The Applicant is very poor financially. He was unable to engage any Advocate and to give proper instructions. He had no male person in his family to look after his matter. His parents are old. He has two small children. 4.

Considering these submissions, the delay of 196 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application is condoned. Criminal Revision Application be processed further. The Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.
