Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent No.1. The affidavit in lieu of examinationinchief has been filed by the petitioner himself on 30th June 2015. Within 13 days from the filing of the affidavit in lieu of examinationinchief, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent No.1Tahsildar to decide the application under section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966 within a period of two weeks from the date of order of this Court. The learned AGP points out that the application made by the petitioner is being seriously contested by some of the respondents by filing written statements.
In the circumstances, no direction can be
wp6795 issued as sought by the petitioner in this petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
