Since the withdrawal of the application is sought on the ground that the applicants have been released on bail by the learned District Judge, Satara on 04/08/2021, the application is permitted to be withdrawn.

However, it is noted that when the present application filed on 14/12/2020 was pending before this Court, the applicants approached the District Judge, Satara. In such circumstances, since the jurisdiction of this Court was also invoked and the application was kept pending, permission to withdraw is subject to deposit of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand Only) by the applicants to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai within a period of one week. It is imperative for the applicants to produce the receipt of deposit M.M.Salgaonkar
