By this Interim Application, the Applicants are praying to recall order 22nd November 2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

By said order, four weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which registration of the Second Appeal was directed to be refused.

Ms. Devkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that as per office note, the sole Respondent is served. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) by condoning the delay if any.
