Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

This is an application for condonation of 2 days delay in filing the Second Appeal.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2C, 3A1, 3A2 and 3A3 submits that in fact the delay is of 4 days. 4.

I have perused the averments in the application. The applicants have ascribed justifiable reasons for condonation of delay of 4 days in preferring the Second Appeal. It is trite that an application for condonation of delay ought to receive liberal consideration so as to varsha

Having regard to the short period of delay and the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, I am inclined to allow the application.

Hence, the following order:

ORDER

i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

ii) The delay in preferring the Second Appeal stands condoned.

The Second Appeal be numbered and listed for admission. 8.
