This Application is preferred by the claimant for carrying out appropriate amendment in cause title showing the claim of Rs.25,70,000/­ instead of Rs.25,00,000/­ in First Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which read thus:

3396.13­caf (b) The claim of Rs.25,00,000/­ with 12% interest from 06/10/2003 till full realization & 30% solatium on Rs.25,00,000/­ may kindly be amended to Rs.25,70,000/­ with 12% interest from 06/10/2003 till full realization and 30% solatium on Rs.25,70,000/­ and accordingly applicants may be allowed to amend the above mentioned First Appeal.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
