Leave to amend cause title of contempt petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned Advocates appearing for respective parties submit that parties have amicably settled dispute and have deduced terms of settlement in writing. Accordingly, parties were referred to learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of terms of settlement and identification of parties. Learned Registrar (Judicial) has forwarded his report, which states as under:

57-CP - 570 - 2025 --2.doc "The Petitioner and Respondents No.1 to 3 acknowledged and confirmed their respective signatures on the Consent Terms, and further affirmed that they had carefully read and fully understood the contents thereof. They also declared that the statements contained therein are true and correct and are binding upon them."

The Consent Terms are placed on record of this Court and are marked as Exhibit-X for identification.

Parties are personally present before this Court and have acknowledged their signatures, and also affirm that terms of settlement are true and correct.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have handed over a demand draft to the Petitioner bearing No. 635560, dated 15th October 2025, drawn on Kolhapur District Central Co-operative Bank Limited. Petitioner acknowledges receipt of the same.

In that view of the matter, contempt petition stands disposed of as per terms of the settlement.
