The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendments to the Petition as per the draft annexed to the Interim Application. By these amendments, the Petitioners now seek to challenge the Government Resolution dated 12th March, 2004. 2.
Considering that this Petition has not yet been admitted, we do not see any impediment in allowing the Petitioners to carry out the amendments as sought for in the above Interim Application. JULY 04, 2023 Laxmi

In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a. To allow to amend the petition as per the accompanying draft;"

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on the Advocates for the Respondents.

The Respondents are at liberty to file an affidavit in reply to the amended Petition within a period of four weeks from the date of service of the amended Petition on the respective Advocates for the Respondents.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Place the above Writ Petition on board on 22nd August, 2023, under the caption 'for admission'.
