APL 538.20.doc regard the second prayer that the proceeding needs to be quashed because co-accused has been acquitted, for this ground the appropriate course of action for the Applicant would be not to seek extraordinary remedy under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure but ordinary remedies as are available to the Applicant under the Code. Keeping these remedies open, the Application is disposed of.
