Learned Counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to the order dated 14th August, 2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which reads as under:

"1.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that without there being a caste validation certificate there could not have been a direction in the terms as provided in the impugned order.

2.

Matter requires consideration. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.

3.

In the mean time, the effect and operation of the Order dated 11.03.2025 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay shall remain stayed."

In view of the matter, since the order passed by this Court is

Liberty to file a fresh petition after the matter is finally decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The Contempt Petition is disposed off.
