Heard Mr.R.S.Kate, learned counsel for the applicants. Heard Ms.Tejasweeta Kadam, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3. The parties are present before me and they accept the fact that the matter has been settled between them. However, I find that the applicants were charged of an offence punishable under section 307 of the IPC, and have been convicted of an offence punishable under section 326 of the IPC. The said offence is not compoundable. As such permission to compound the offence, cannot be granted.
Application is rejected.
