The Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 481 of 2018 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station for offences under Section 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respective parties . 3.

The Applicant was working with Manipuam Finance Pvt. Ltd., and had received deposit from various investors. It is revealed that he had mis-appropriated the said amount and had thereby cheated the investors to the tune of Rs.23,49,000/-.

The Applicant was granted interim bail on 05.01.2021 in view of the statement made by him that he had repaid certain amount and had agreed to deposit the balance amount.

Learned APP has placed on record the report submitted by the Investigating Officer stating that the Applicant has repaid the money of all the 12 investors whose amount was misappropriated. In view of these facts and circumstances, interim order dated 05.01.2021 stands confirmed. Application stands disposed of.
