Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submitted that grievance made by the petitioners is purely a civil dispute and allegations made by the petitioners are unjustified.

It may not be possible for us to entertain the present petition in view of the nature of reliefs as prayed for in the petition. It is always open for the petitioners to seek recourse to appropriate civil remedies or seek statutory remedies as may be permissible.

We observe that it is always open for respondent Nos.2 and 3 to look into the complaint, which according to Mr. Bobade has already been done. They have already looked into the complaint and visited the spot. He submitted that dispute is between private parties and Zilla Parishad does not find any irregularity. In such view of the matter, keeping all contentions of the petitioners open, petition is disposed of with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
