This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.7 - Ms Jayawanti Pandharinath Nagavekar, since deceased, on record. Respondent No.7 died on 19.04.2015 leaving behind respondents No.7a to 7d as her heirs and legal representatives.

The application is filed on 14.07.2015, which is in time. Hence, without issuing notice to respondents No.7a to 7d, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to cost.
