No.60 of 2018 registered with Guhagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 452 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] The prosecution case is, out of old enmity, Applicant murdered deceased. As there are eye witnesses to the incident, recovery of weapon at the behest of the Applicant and the trial has already commenced, disentitles the Applicant for grant of bail. It is informed by Ms. Kulkarni, Counsel for the Applicant that trial has already commenced as evidence of one of the witnesses i.e. complainant is being recorded. As such, hearing of the trial is expedited as Applicant has suffered incarceration for four years.
