By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking following relief:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus and / or any other writ in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent i.e Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division to forthwith decide complaint dated 18.08.2020 filed by Petitioner and to pass appropriate order on the basis of the Report dated 30.04.2021, being Exhibit F." 2.

We direct the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division to dispose of the Complaint dated 18.08.2020 filed by the Petitioner after hearing the Petitioner and all other parties likely to be affected by his decision, strictly on merits within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.
