P.C. :- Applicant, who has been convicted in Sessions Case No. 144 of 2008 on 7.6.2012, has questioned that Judgment in Criminal Appeal St. No.680 of 2015 under Section 374 of the Cr.P.C. As there is delay, application has been taken out to condone it.
