Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant wife seeks stay of the operation and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 09.01.2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Solapur in Petition No.132/2014 allowing the Respondent's petition u/s.13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and granting divorce.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, we are of the opinion that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant interim relief by granting stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the judgment and order dated 09.01.2017 passed by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Solapur in Petition No.A­132/2014"
