Heard Mr.S.H. Kankal, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr.Ajay Khaire, learned Counsel for respondent No.1. 2.

Mr. Khaire states that respondent No.1 is present in the Court today. He has tendered a photo-copy of his Aadhaar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, Mr. Khaire states that respondent No.1 has no objection to grant the relief in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

In view thereof, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The details of bank account of the applicant are as under :

The Assistant Registrar, Criminal Department shall transmit the amount in the aforesaid bank account of the applicant within one week from receipt of the application giving requisite details.

Criminal Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.

All concerned parties, including the Assistant Registrar, Criminal Department of this Court, to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. Order accordingly.
