We find that the advertisement by virtue of which the Petitioner applied, was published on 1st June, 2022 in Dainik "Damaji Express". Apparently, it is an unknown newspaper. 3.

This Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No. 2, to conduct a meticulous inquiry into the proposal and verify each Talwalkar

If there are any deficiencies, he would intimate the Management and grant them an opportunity to remove that deficiencies. Let a decision be arrived at by following the due procedure laid down in law within 120 days. 4.
