The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has produced before this Court an order dated 24th February 2022 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur. It is marked "A" for identification. On going through the order, we find that the judgment of this Court giving directions to the Education Officer has been complied with. Even the aspect of payment of salary has also been taken care of. However, if the salary is not released as directed by this Court, the Petitioner will have a fresh cause of action for filing a fresh Contempt Petition. Patil 1/2
